Red Spice QV are holding three unique dinners in August in celebration of the Independence Days of Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. Choose your favourite country and its respective cuisine or spoil yourself and partake in all three at a special price.


Join us for a feast to honour Singapore's day of independence from Malaysia back in August 9th, 1965. A country with a national obsession with food, it is only fitting for us to put on a fabulous banquet featuring all of the much-loved Singaporean favourites to honour this dynamic nation and its national day.

The Menu:

Roti John - bread pan fried in egg, pulled lamb, green onion with chilli sauce mayo

Tut-Tut Satay - chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce

NV Dal Zotto ‘Pucino’ Prosecco, King Valley, Victoria

Ngoh Hiang - five-spiced minced pork wrapped in bean curd skin

Black carrot cake - stir fried radish cake with pickled turnip, dark soy, green onion, chilli paste
